L’incubateur de l’université de Tipasa assiste les étudiants : Renforcer l’esprit d’entreprenariat


Becoming a self-employed entrepreneur is the ambition of a good number of students from Mokhtar-Morsli in Tipasa, especially those at the end of course, who met representatives of the National Agency for Entrepreneurship (NESDA), banking representatives and other state organizations.

The Center for Entrepreneurship Development (CDE), the Cutting Incubator, the Maison de l’Entelligence Artificial, the Office of the Center for Technology and Innovation (CATI), the University-Entreprises Liaison Bureau, the subsidiary of the Abdellah-Morsli University Center, are all organizations that constitute the framework of the microcosm ensuring the junction between this university establishment and the sphere local socio-economic.

It is in this dynamic that the Abdellah-Morsli University of Tipasa organized two days of awareness and information on entrepreneurship, and on the themes inherent in entrepreneurship and innovation for the benefit of students and carriers of ideas and projects. Barely the academic year launched, it is a whole ecosystem for the support and supervision of project leaders who already settles within this university, in line with the strategy carried out from the opening of the University to its environment, especially socio-economic.

It is these organizations, in close collaboration with the devices and institutions in relation to the world of entrepreneurship, which are at the origin of this initiative, or several stands of the participants in the event of which, the NESDA, the Angem, the SAA and the BDL, among others, have received several groups of students from different specialties, with a strong solicitation from students carrying projects. “I have a license in management and human resources and I am registered in Master 1. I wish to set up my own business in the food trade,” a student told Nesda representative. Then followed a discussion in the form of questions and answers. “Thank you for your advice and orientations. Thus, I have all the elements necessary to take the procedures required for my project, ”concludes the student in question.

Another student who has followed a course in the field of sustainable development and recycling subjects her idea. “I plan to start recycling plastic. In my opinion, I meet all the conditions to make my project a reality, ”she said immediately. From thread by needle, the project carrier had the answers to all her questions to undertake experience in this in full development niche.

To do this, it must first undergo training in the management of companies that the CDE assures. A sine qua non condition to benefit from the NESDA system. For informational purposes and in addition to the six CDEs open at the level of the university center of Koléa and Tipasa, 5 others are already in service in vocational training establishments and the fishing and aquaculture school.
