Hachichi discusses bilateral partnership opportunities with a delegation from the British company John Crane

The Chairman and CEO of the Sonatrach Group, Rachid Hachichi, received the day before yesterday Sunday a delegation from the British company John Crane, led by its president Ruben Alvarez, the two parties having examined bilateral partnership opportunities, indicates a press release from the Group.
The meeting, which was held at the headquarters of the Group’s General Management and attended by senior executives of the two companies, focused on projects linking the two companies, namely the supply of dry mechanical rings for compressors, their installation and repair, in gas complexes under Sonatrach, according to the press release.
The discussions also focused on “the opportunities for a future partnership between Sonatrach and Johne Crane, as well as the ways and means of its realization on the ground, in particular with regard to integrated solutions in order to improve the performance of rotating equipment, such as pumps, compressors, motors and turbines, in addition to the areas of reduction of methane emissions, decarbonization, digitalization and new energies, such as solar energy and hydrogen.
