During a meeting this afternoon at the IDF’s Kirya headquarters in Tel Aviv, Defense Minister Israel Katz told US Vice President JD Vance that Israel remains “fully committed to returning all the fallen hostages, dismantling Hamas’s military capabilities, and securing a better future for the region,” his office says.

The discussion, which centered on developments in the Gaza Strip, was also attended by Strategic Affairs Minister Ron Dermer and senior IDF commanders.
