The Minister of Housing, Urban Planning, Towns and Regional Planning, Mr. Mohamed Tarek Belaribi, announced yesterday Monday in Algiers that the payment of the first tranche of the price of housing registered under the 3rd rental-purchase program (AADL 3) will be made before the end of next December.
During a hearing session before the Finance and Budget Commission of the National People’s Assembly (APN), as part of the examination of the provisions of the 2026 finance bill (PLF 2026), the minister specified that “payment of the first tranche for subscribers to the AADL 3 program will be made before the end of December”, adding that “responses relating to appeals will be communicated before the end of November”.
