Israel has received, via the Red Cross, a casket containing the body of a slain hostage, which was handed over to IDF and Shin Bet forces inside the Gaza Strip. From there, it will be transferred to Israel, where it will be received in a military ceremony with the participation of a military rabbi.

Afterward, the casket will be taken to the National Center of Forensic Medicine under the Ministry of Health.
Once the identification process is completed, an official notification will be delivered to the family.

All families of the fallen hostages have been informed, and during this difficult time, our hearts are with them. The effort to bring back all our hostages continues uninterrupted and will not cease until the last one is returned.
