The first part of the 11th day of the Ligue 1 Mobilis of national football, played this Saturday, recorded a draw in the Algerian derby between the CR Belouizdad Chabab Riadhi Belouizdad, more commonly abbreviated to Chabab Belouizdad or CRB, is an Algerian football club based in the Belouizdad district of Algiers, founded on July 15, 1962. and USM Alger, and the victory of MC Oran in Béchar against MB Rouissat (0-1), while USM Khenchela recorded its first victory of the season against ES Mostaganem (1-0), when theES Setif Entente sportive Sétifienne, more commonly called the Entente de Sétif or simply the ESS, is an Algerian multi-sports club whose most famous section practices football. It was founded in 19582, as the FLN Militant Team in execution of the permission to found the club signed by the Moudjahid Mohamed Kerouani in 1958 was held in draw at home against Olympique Akbou (1-1).
At the 5-July stadium in Algiers, under a light rain, the Algerian derby between Chabab de Belouizdad and USM Algiers ended without a winner. Moreover, both teams made great efforts during the game to try to take the advantage, but the lack of realism on one side or the other did not allow the spectators present to see the goals, which is a shame. And ultimately, this match ended without a winner. Following this draw, the two teams share 6th place with a total of 14 points each, with two games in hand. Remaining on 3 victories in a row, CR Belouizdad wanted to continue when it hosted USM Algiers on July 5. However, after a performance far from expectations, the Belouizdadis are satisfied with a small point against a team which has everything locked behind. It was the confirmation meeting for the CRB Chabab Riadhi Belouizdad, more commonly abbreviated to Chabab Belouizdad or CRB, is an Algerian football club based in the Belouizdad district of Algiers, founded on July 15, 1962. which remained on two convincing successes against the ASO and the ESM respectively. We therefore had to do everything to try to win and get the three points for victory and, above all, continue to progress in the general championship ranking. However, things didn’t go as well as expected as Sead Ramovic’s men failed to achieve their goal and settled for a sad, unattractive and tasteless draw. The CRB, and unlike the last two matches, did not manage to reproduce the same kind of performance as against the ESM or the ASO and this meant that the team lacked creativity and impact. The Belouizdadis did not succeed in breaking the Usmist lock installed by Abdelhak Benchikha. A draw which clearly does not help the affairs of the Laâqiba team as long as the team does not advance as desired in the general classification and misses a great opportunity to get closer to the podium.
Furthermore, at the OPOW stadium in Rouissat, the local MBR suffered a heavy defeat against an impressive team from MC Oran (1-3). Boukholda opened the scoring for MCO (17′), before Abdul Fataoui equalized for MBR (43′). Mouloudia d’Oran made it three times by inflicting its first setback on MB Rouissat yesterday at the 18-Février stadium. The locals, although motivated by their new coach, entered the field with the conviction of besieging the Oran camp, who had to put up resistance during the first minutes.
The guys from Rouissat benefited from three consecutive corners which resulted in nothing during the first quarter of an hour. Letting the storm pass, the Rouge et Blanc du Mouloudia managed for their first counter to open the scoring through Boukholda following a constructed action from the midfield. The latter, on a powerful shot at the entrance to the penalty area, left goalkeeper Rahal no chance, thus lodging the ball into the back of the net. Touched in their self-esteem, the boys from the South decided to once again bring danger to the visitors’ camp. We played half an hour of this first period, Nezla, coming down in the middle of the penalty area, obtained a penalty after checking the VAR.
Amrane who carried out the sentence came up against an Aggoune in full confidence recently. But it was only a postponement for the locals who benefited from a free kick at the 18 meter limit. Fatawu with his left paw unleashed a real fireball that Aggoune was unable to stop this time. An equalizer which gave wings to the locals who threw all their weight in attack before the break. However, it was on this parity score that the two teams returned to the locker room. After the break, it was the visitors who returned with better intentions. Having monopolized the ball, the Oran players stormed the opposing camp. Hamra with a long shot in the 53rd minute and Aoudjane with an eccentric shot put the Rouissat defense in difficulty, which over time began to play on the counterattack.
The best opportunity of the second half came from Edwin who headed a poorly returned ball by the Rouissat defense when the goalkeeper had left his woods. Clearly better than the locals, the Oranese began to miss several opportunities where the last gesture failed them in this first part of the second half. But in the 73rd minute Aliane managed to be effective with a direct free kick, allowing the Oranians to take the advantage again. Three minutes later, Hamra with a powerful shot sealed the fate of the match in a well-organized action. These two goals in the space of three minutes had the effect of sawing the legs of the locals.
On the other hand, in Khenchela, the local USMK recorded its first victory in a hard-fought match against ES Mostaganem. The Siskaoua won thanks to a goal from Aitouqa in the 15th minute, ending a series of three consecutive defeats against JS Kabylie, the MC Algiers The Mouloudia Club of Algiers, more commonly abbreviated to Mouloudia of Algiers or MCA, is an Algerian multi-sport club founded on August 7, 1921 and based in Algiers. The Mouloudia Club of Algiers is the only Algerian team that managed to win the treble in 1976 and winning the first continental trophy. and Paradou AC. This victory allows USM Khenchela to breathe with 14 points. For its part, the Hawata situation became complicated after a fifth consecutive defeat. The ESM thus has 8 points, only one unit ahead of Paradou AC, penultimate in the ranking.
Sétif disappoints again
At the 8-May-45 stadium in Sétif, the local Entente was held in check by the tough Olympique Akbou team (1-1). Boubekeur opened the scoring for Sétif just after the start of the second half (47′). The Akbou guys increased their efforts and managed to equalize through Benamrane in the 88th minute of play. Following this draw, ES Sétif is in 12th place with 11 points, while Olympique Akbou is 3rd with a total of 18 points. the first half as a whole was for the visitors who dominated the proceedings at a certain point. Moreover, they created the best scoring opportunities like this attempt by Hitala which forced goalkeeper Saïdi to display all his know-how to clear the danger.
Subsequently, the game concentrated in midfield where each side tried to gain the upper hand over their opposite number. Half-time is whistled with the score zero to zero. On the way back, a whole different scenario occurs. Indeed, just after the restart of play, the Ententists benefit from a corner executed by Bouchama, who ideally serves Boubaker well in ambush in the defense, the latter jumps higher than the others and puts in a header which leaves the goalkeeper Bencheïkh no chance (46′).
Stung in their self-esteem by this goal, the Akoubouciens reacted through Hitala who tried his luck with a low shot but found the goalkeeper Saïdi. However, it is the premises that are more dangerous. Sillah in the 61st minute executes a shot that the goalkeeper Bencheïkh barely deflects for a corner. But a quarter of an hour from the end of the game, coach Lotfi Amrouche made three changes in quick succession by aligning Messied, Benrrabah and Gherbi. Changes which will bring a surplus in the agreement camp, which will allow Akbou’s team to obtain some good scoring situations. And it was only logically that Benamrane on one head managed to set the record straight, causing a cathedral silence in the stadium on May 8, 1945. A killer goal which completely stunned coach Toufik Rouabah’s players who have just lost two points which will surely weigh in the final tally.
CRB – Ramović: “Meziane? no one is above the club”
The Algerian derby between CR Belouizdad and USM Alger was marked by a disagreement between Abderrahmane Meziane and his coach, Sead Ramović. Indeed, striker Belouizdadi became extremely angry with his coach when leaving the field. Moreover, Meziane ignored Ramović’s outstretched hand. A gesture which provoked an immediate reaction from his coach. The latter then grabbed his captain’s arm to discuss the situation. Although the tension was palpable, the situation did not escalate.
At a press conference, Ramovic tried to defuse the situation, while pointing the finger at his player: “I think we have a good group, a good atmosphere. It is true that things happen but we must maintain respect for others. We are a team and even if a player is furious because a teammate replaces you, it is not the right attitude and it concerns me as well as Meziane. No one is above the club. If he’s mad he went out, I’m mad he had a bad game. No one, I mean no one, is more important than the club.”
