Yet another demolition operation was carried out this Sunday by the services of the wilaya of Constantine, in accordance with the instructions of the head of the executive of the eastern capital. This time, the muscular intervention targeted an illegal extension at Ouled Hmimime, in the commune of El-Khroub. Land illegally used as a construction site parking lot was recovered under the supervision of elements of the local brigade of the National Gendarmerie.
Furthermore, and as part of periodic environmental cleaning and maintenance campaigns across the territory of the wilaya, and in accordance with the directives of the wali, Abdelkhalek Sayouda, the various municipal services have carried out, in recent days, a series of targeted operations aimed at eliminating black spots and identifying waste and rubble accumulated in several municipalities.
Thus, in the capital of the wilaya, municipal agents intervened to eradicate black spots located in front of the wall of a military barracks in Sidi Mabrouk lower. The cleaning of the watercourse running alongside the Sahraoui bus station was also carried out, while a vast clearing and tree removal operation was carried out between the area of the 5th military region and Mentouri Street, falling under the municipal delegation of Sidi Mabrouk.
In the new town of Ali-Mendjeli, municipal teams carried out cleaning and collection of waste as well as uprooting wild grasses across several neighborhoods. The operation extended to the Al-Wahhab mosque in the western extension, as well as the removal of rubble and garbage at neighborhood unit 17.
Agents from the municipality of Hamma Bouziane, for their part, undertook the collection and collection of household waste in the dense district of Bekira, in addition to the removal of garbage and plant debris in Aïn S’dari, near the headquarters of the Social Security Fund.

These operations aim to eliminate the residue left by recent precipitation.
