The IDF launched a large-scale military exercise this morning across Judea & Samaria, bringing together forces from the Judea and Samaria Division and the new 96th “Gilad” Division — which is responsible for securing the Jordan Valley border.
According to the military, the drill — scheduled to run until Wednesday — is designed to test readiness across a range of combat scenarios. It includes participation from the Israeli Air Force, the Technological and Logistics Directorate, and several other branches of the IDF.
Residents in the area may notice heightened military activity over the coming days, with an uptick in troop movements, vehicles, and aircraft, as some units will be simulating enemy forces.
