In a move aimed at modernizing its services and offering more flexibility to its subscribers, Mobilis has just announced the launch of its new range of offers called “Revolution”.
A name which clearly illustrates the operator’s ambition: to transform the customer experience through simplified, intelligent and fully customizable formulas.
At the heart of this new proposition, Mobilis introduces a new concept: the Mobilis Unit (MU), a unique and versatile credit which is used for calls, messages and mobile internet.
This unified credit is consumed automatically according to transparent pricing: 1 minute of call = 5 Units – 1 SMS = 10 Units – 1 GB of internet = 50 Units
This system allows customers to freely manage their consumption, between different services. Another notable innovation: the possibility of keeping unused Units, provided you renew your subscription on time.
A diversified offer for all profiles
The Revolution range is available in three categories – prepaid, postpaid and Control – to meet all uses. Mobilis thus claims to want to address all users, from occasional consumers to the most connected.
The new offers also include a unique rewards system, encouraging loyalty and engagement. Customers who renew their plan before it expires receive a bonus of up to 250 Units depending on the plan chosen. Those who opt for a higher offer benefit from 300 additional Units.
Smart services for total control
In addition to its new plans, Mobilis is introducing a series of intelligent services intended to optimize the user experience:
KeepOn (prepaid and Control): allows you to reserve a quantity of Units in order to avoid total exhaustion of credit, as a precautionary measure. Restore (Control): offers the possibility of recovering, within 15 days, the Units accumulated after expiry of the package. A revolution, a first in Algeria which will undoubtedly make a difference to the great happiness of the customer who, from now on, no longer loses anything.
Extra Unit (postpaid): authorizes the recharge into convertible Units directly from the recharged credit, without impact on the monthly bill.
