Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, the Prime Minister, Mr. Sifi Ghrieb, participated yesterday, Saturday, in Johannesburg (Republic of South Africa), in the work of the G20 Summit, which is being held on November 22 and 23 on the theme ”Solidarity, Equality and Sustainability”.
The Summit, chaired by the President of the Republic of South Africa, Mr. Cyril Ramaphosa, brings together G20 Member States, several Heads of State and Government, as well as representatives of international and regional organizations.
Participants in this Summit, which is being held for the first time on the African continent, will discuss a series of issues related to the challenges facing the world today, and in particular the priorities that the presidency of the Summit, represented by the Republic of South Africa, was keen to include on the G20 agenda, which are in line with the concerns and aspirations of the African continent. The Prime Minister participated yesterday, Friday, as representative of the President of the Republic, in a consultative meeting chaired by the President of the Republic of South Africa, on the eve of the G20 summit. It should be noted that the Prime Minister arrived in Johannesburg on Thursday, representing the President of the Republic, to participate in the work of this Summit.
