Launch of the appointment booking platform for users of the civil status service

Mr. Sofiane Chaib announced, the day before yesterday Sunday, the effective launch, from yesterday Monday, of the digital platform dedicated to making appointments for users of the civil status and legalization service at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the National Community Abroad and African Affairs, indicates a press release from the ministry.
“I am pleased to announce the effective launch, from yesterday Monday November 24, 2025, of the digital platform dedicated to making appointments for users of the civil status and legalization service at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs,” declared Mr. Chaib. This new service available on the official website of the ministry aims to “improve the reception conditions of our fellow citizens and the quality of the services provided to them at the level of the civil status service at the headquarters of the ministry, which provides its services 6 days a week, including Saturdays,” adds the press release.
This digital platform “will make it possible to make an appointment to benefit from the various services offered, such as the delivery or rectification of civil status documents, as well as the legalization of documents intended for use abroad,” the press release specifies. Users of this service will receive an e-mail confirming their appointment and directing them to a link to consult the documents required for each service, according to the ministry press release.
