Energy and Renewable Energy Sector meeting

The Minister of Energy and Renewable Energies, Mourad Adjal, chaired, the day before yesterday Sunday, in Algiers, an important evaluation meeting with the main officials of the ministry, as part of monitoring the level of performance of services in the sector and the implementation of the roadmap aimed at improving the quality of public service and guaranteeing its continuity through the bodies under the ministry. A meeting, during which, indicated a press release from the ministry, Mourad Adjal, underlined, the day before yesterday Sunday, the need to redouble efforts to improve the performance of the sector and thus meet the expectations of citizens.
The Minister of Energy and Renewable Energy, continued the same source, insisted on the importance of implementing an effective roadmap giving priority to improving the quality of public service. Calling, on occasion, to redouble efforts to improve the performance of the sector and thus meet the expectations of citizens in accordance with the objectives of the development programs put in place by the State.
Last Thursday, the Minister of Energy and Renewable Energy chaired a meeting to examine the strengthening of energy and social development in the 11 newly created wilayas within the framework of the new administrative division decided by the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune. A meeting during which, said a press release from the ministry, the development of the road map relating to this operation was examined, particularly with regard to the strengthening of these wilayas with energy installations capable of supporting their level of energy supply, improving public service for the benefit of citizens and guaranteeing its continuity.
During this meeting held at the ministry level in the presence of several senior executives and officials of the Sonelgaz Group, in particular the interim Director General, specified the same source, the Minister of Energy and Renewable Energy, followed a presentation on this file. At the end of which, continued the press release from the Ministry of Energy and Renewable Energies, he gave a series of instructions and orientations aimed at giving greater dynamism and more effectiveness to the roadmap.
