Opening and extension of new transport lines for the benefit of the inhabitants of the Roukhi city in Souidania

The Public Establishment of Urban and Suburban Transport of Algiers (ETUSA) announced Sunday, in a press release, the opening and extension of new lines at the Roukhi city in the commune of Souidania, from Monday, as part of the improvement of the public transport service and the facilitation of citizens’ travel.
“In application of the instructions of the Minister of the Interior, Local Authorities and Transport, Saïd Sayoud, aimed at improving the public transport service, ETUSA informs its users of the opening and extension of new lines serving the Roukhi city from Monday, November 24,” specifies the press release. This is line 229 connecting the Roukhi city to Souidania center, the first departure being scheduled at 6:00 a.m. from the city Roukhi and the last at 6:30 p.m. from Souidania center, with a frequency of one bus every 30 minutes and at a price of 20 DA. The program also includes line 526 linking the Roukhi city to the 2 Mai station (Tafourah), passing through the Green Cities of Ouled Fayet, the first departure being scheduled at 6:00 a.m. from the Roukhi city and the last at 5:00 p.m. from the “2 Mai” station, at a price of 50 DA.
On this occasion, ETUSA indicated the modification and extension of the route of two additional lines: line 3 linking the Roukhi city to Chevalley station via Souidania and Bouchaoui (first departure at 6:00 a.m. from Roukhi and the last at 7:00 p.m. from Chevalley, at a price of 30 DA), as well as line 708, connecting the Roukhi city to Chevalley station, via Souidania and Dounia Park (first departure at 6:00 a.m. from the Roukhi city and the last at 6:00 p.m. from Chevalley, at the price of 30 DA).n
