A much-awaited step.
The National Agency for Housing Improvement and Development (AADL) announced, this Monday, the availability of the results of the study and the processing of appeals lodged by subscribers to the “AADL-3” program. This highly anticipated step allows those concerned to follow the progress of their files directly online, as part of the modernization process initiated by the Agency. This was stated in a press release from the AADL.
Subscribers to AADL 3 programs who have filed an appeal are invited to connect to the AADL digital platform, provide their personal information, then access the “Subscription” section to view the result. This entirely digital approach aims to simplify access to information, reduce unnecessary travel and guarantee transparent processing of files.
The AADL explained that the platform allows individualized monitoring, secure and available at any time, thus responding to the strong demand expressed since the opening of the appeals. The Agency also points out that it has strengthened its digital support in order to streamline consultation and ensure optimal processing, particularly during busy periods.
In addition, to support subscribers, the toll-free number 3040 remains open to answer citizens’ questions and concerns regarding their appeals or the progress of their procedures. The AADL affirms that it wants to maintain a permanent listening service, consistent with the orientations of the highest authorities of the country for the strengthening of the relationship between the administration and the citizen.
As a reminder, the agency had extended the date for filing appeal requests in order to allow a greater number of subscribers to complete their files. The agency had also explained that the absence or non-compliance of the waiver certificate, attesting that no other public housing had been allocated to the subscriber. This document must be provided in an original copy conforming to the official format, even if no specific date of issue is required and is one of the main reasons for eligibility.
The agency also cited as grounds for inadmissibility undeclared family changes, such as marriage or divorce occurring after initial registration, which must be justified by official documents such as marriage certificates, divorce judgments, failing which, the incorrectly completed sworn declaration also results in the immediate rejection of appeals. Only the official model automatically generated on the platform, available in the “Options” tab, is accepted. Any handwritten version or version from another source is refused. However, the agency wishes to reassure subscribers by ensuring that all human and technical resources have been mobilized to ensure rigorous, rapid processing and in accordance with the commitments made within the framework of the AADL 3 program.
