2nd International Conference on Justice

The Minister of Justice, Keeper of the Seals, Mr. Lotfi Boudjemaâ, participated in Riyadh (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), in the work of the 2nd International Conference on Justice, a press release from the ministry indicated the day before yesterday, Monday.
The participation of Mr. Boudjemaâ, who comes at the invitation of his Saudi counterpart,
Mr. Walid Ben Mohammed al-Samaani, allowed him to learn about “the most recent experiences and practical applications linked to the development of judicial performance, particularly in the areas of artificial intelligence, governance and business management, in favor of a more efficient and more integrated judicial system at the local and international levels,” the press release specifies.
On the occasion of this conference (November 23-24), Mr. Boudjemaâ also met several of his counterparts, as well as experts and specialists in the field, with whom he reviewed the experiences of a number of participating countries and examined international best practices contributing to the achievement of judicial excellence, in the context of the accelerated digital transition across the world.
The event saw the participation of more than 40 countries represented by ministers of justice, magistrates, experts, specialists and researchers.
The conference, which registered more than 4,000 participants, made it possible to discuss mechanisms for strengthening the quality of justice and means promoting the exchange of international expertise in the development of justice systems. Participants also looked at best practices guaranteeing efficient and effective justice.
