Volodymyr Zelenskyy, President of Ukraine, has spoken over the phone with Giorgia Meloni, Prime Minister of Italy, about Ukraine’s progress in implementing the EU’s recommendations.

Details: Volodymyr Zelenskyy expressed optimism that the EU leaders would reach a historic decision in tandem with a fair assessment of Ukraine’s efforts to initiate negotiations.
