IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir toured the Menashe Brigade and held a situational assessment in the wake of the deadly ramming-and-stabbing attack in the Beit She’an area. 

The IDF said Zamir ordered reinforced forces across Central Command and pushed for sharper, faster offensive action.
