For the second consecutive year, the UN General Assembly becomes a platform where a representative of the Malian junta assumes the right to pour a dying gall over Algeria. Abdoulaye Maïga, Prime Minister of said Junta, an energetic who nevertheless made her classes at the ENA of Algiers, did not fail the opportunity to be silent, or at least speak with deference to the country which administered the BA of the management of state affairs.
Instead of revising his classics provided within the illustrious Algerian school, he worked to take up elements of language and narratives similar to those provided by the diplomatic gutters of Makhzen and Israel. The signature is obvious.
It is therefore not in the respect of the State who respects that Mr. Maïga presented himself in the gallery of the United Nations General Assembly, but as a general whore, imbued with his bad education, his bureaucratic guarantee of a junta of Bamako who makes the flight forward his strategy of governance and liberticide as a governmental policy.
This sad sire, which rehashing the narrative and the elements of language of the minions of Nacer Bourita, the chief diplomat of Makhzen, defines himself by default as a resonance box of Moroccan propaganda worthy of tabloids and the scandal press.
Moreover, on Thursday, September 25, the day before the speaking of the energetic felon, his Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdoulaye Diop met with his counterparts in Niger, Burkina Faso and Chad with the Moroccan Minister of Foreign Affairs of Makhzen. A coincidence? Not at all, since the statements of the representative of the Bamako junta, almost word for word the bellicose rhetoric of Makhzen with regard to Algeria.
In Africa and in the world, only Makhzen dared to accuse Algeria to support terrorism. A laughable accusation which does not deserve to dwell on it having regard to the historical responsibilities of Algeria in the fight against this scourge from the early 1990s, hailed by the international community whose United States after September 11, 2001. The Algerian people who paid the price of blood, alone to fight against the terrorist hydra is today accused by a Paperimbank without faith or law of sponsoring this scourge! Suffice to say the hospital which makes fun of charity.
Is it time for verbal attacks that do not even deserve to dwell on it, given the level of the language used and the manifest hatred of its author? The time is obviously for solidarity, franchise and the appeasement of spirits, something that the Bamako junta has chosen to ignore to embark on a verbal escalation that the international community disapproves, and in the first place, the Africans themselves.
The latter know the unwavering commitment of Algeria for peace, security, development and independence of the continent. This is evidenced by the election with the brilliance of an Algerian diplomat at the vice-president of the Commission of the African Union, and that of Algeria within the AU Peace and Security Council. Finally, and in final recognition, Africa proclaimed President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, champion of the African Union in the fight against terrorism on the continent.
All these consecrations, the Bamako junta pretends to forget them because instead of turning to the return to democracy, to return power to civilians as she recorded in the transitional charter, she strives to invent an external enemy to maintain herself. But the Malian people who suffer from omerta and dictatorship is not fooled and knows that Algeria is not the real enemy but those who govern it by force with the support of foreign forces.
About the Malian drone affair shot dead in Algerian territory on the night of March 31 to 1er Last April, it is the Maïga leitmotif in its anti-Algerian diatribe. The latter forgot that the slaughtered drone is the third of its kind detected by the radars of the Algerian army which violated Algerian airspace.
The first two were not shot down, the last on the other hand, was after the second foray over the Algerian territory because it was in the missile attack posture. Despite the allegations of the Bamako junta and her whimsical gesticulation, the case could have been a simple incident if it was not the media noise and the demonstrations of forces to the Don Quixote, deployed by Assimi Goïta and his putschist clique under the instigations of Makhzen and her Israeli alter Ego.
Despite the precedent of the Fama attack and Wagner’s auxiliaries against the populations of Tinzawatin, the city twin of Tin Zaouatin in the far south of Algeria, the Algerian authorities did not demonstrate animosity with regard to the Malian government.
The massacres perpetrated against the Tuareg movements of Azawad, signatory of the Algiers agreements, therefore a partner of the Government of Mali, are also an element borne by Goïta’s clique. Why then this, under the pretext of fighting terrorist groups did not coordinate its actions with its CEMOC partners, the Tamanrasset joint operational staff committee? Why did Bamako not coordinate with Algiers to prevent any skid or accident on the ground?
These simple questions, the energetic from Mali cannot answer them, for the simple reason that he is executing an agenda which is not his, an agenda dictated by his sponsors of the Makhzen, quick to load Algeria on every occasion. Goïta, Maïga, Diop and others forget one thing: history, geography, culture and sociology forever unites Algerian and Malian peoples.
It is not an accident in history that will hypothequate the future between the two nations, displeases the champions of the division and the low blows. E It is not the childish diatribes of Goïta who will reach the greatness of Algeria because as an African proverb would say: a man (goïta) without culture resembles a zebra without stripes.
