🇺🇦 🇷🇺 According to the latest information, the city of Dnipro has experienced a complete collapse of electricity production after a major attack by Russian drones “Geran-2”, and besides Dnipro, most of the Zaporizhzhia region (which is under Ukrainian control) has been left without electricity, water, and heating.
Immediately before the power outage, citizens of these two regions reported unusually high voltage in the sockets as well as two additional detonations at the Kamianske hydroelectric power plant (Dnipropetrovsk region).
