Algeria Telecom signs eight agreements

Algérie Télécom strengthens its commitment to innovation by signing eight partnership agreements for the promotion of research, entrepreneurship and youth innovation, on October 29, 2025 in Annaba.
With this in mind, the Algérie Télécom Skills Center in Annaba has concluded eight partnership agreements with public, academic, economic, professional and associative institutions. The signing ceremony took place at the Algérie Télécom Skills Center in Annaba, in the presence of representatives of partner organizations and Algérie Télécom executives. With in particular the Higher School of Science and Technology (ESST), the Seybouse Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI), the Directorate of Vocational Training and Education, the Higher School of Management (ESG), the 8 May 1945 University of Guelma, the Environmental Research Center, the HEDJ Startup Accelerator. These agreements aim to strengthen synergies between the world of training, research and entrepreneurship with the telecommunications sector in the eastern region of the country for the benefit of young people, such as the joint organization of training, workshops and conferences, support for young talents, development of research projects, encouragement of innovation and entrepreneurship of national skills and promotion of new professions linked to information and communication technologies, it is indicated.
