🇮🇷🇮🇷👑 — An eyewitness report talks about between 50 and 200 people being killed by security forces in the Iranian city of Gorgan (Population: 350k).

Gorgan exploded on the first night—they fucked up the governor’s office completely, everywhere.
The second night was straight-up massacre. The third night I didn’t see anything special. I’m still alive for now.

On the first night, Gorgan, Kordkuy, Gonbad, and Behshahr all got crowded/hectic. We were part of that first-night crowd—the piece near Shalikoubi and the palace area had us, easily 5,000 people.

Around the municipality and other spots there were another 2–3 thousand each. They set fire to the governor’s office and Amir Mosque. Hilux police vehicles. Between 30 to 50 killed, they say.

The second night was terrifying repression.
There were still a lot of people, but they were just randomly shooting at you to stop any gathering, they wouldn’t let you head downtown. In three places crowds gathered in the back alleys, then forces rushed in and people scattered and ran. Another spot had a big crowd but it was a terrible position—surrounded from all sides—so I didn’t go.

I left from there, and it seems they charged in and massacred.
We were downtown; the Dokhaniyat Square got packed, people poured out. People fought back, killed a few officers. They say on the second night several Etka buildings and the courthouse were set on fire.
The third night I just walked around. People were scared.
They were searching everyone—galleries, everything, full body searches, even beating people. In the alleys, groups of 5–6 people were talking quietly, afraid to go out to the main streets. They killed a lot. They say Gorgan has had between 50 and 200 killed in total.
