Appel au renforcement de l’unité nationale – Le Jeune Indépendant

At the end of a meeting that he hosted, this Saturday, in the space of the Kateb-Yacine Regional Theater in Tizi Ouzou, the first secretary of the Front of Socialist Forces (FFS), Youcef Aouchiche, underlined the importance of strengthening national unity and called to face the challenges of the current regional and global context.

Insisting on the preservation of national unity, he virulently attacked separatists and extremists of all stripes, overbidding the separatists’ identity, going so far as to describe them as “neo-harkis”. To convince the large audience of the validity of his accusations, the speaker affirmed that “when we address foreign states, and which are of Zionist obedience, to destroy Algeria, this is calls for treason.”

Thus, the first secretary of the FFS pleaded for the “strengthening and consolidation of a common national destiny” and for “the preservation of the national State to face the heavy implications of a world in full change where force supplants the right “. He continued by affirming that the FFS is “aware of the threats facing the country” and has “never stopped calling out and reaching out to the authorities and active forces of the country to complete the construction of a common national project in which all Algerians with their differences will identify.”

Tamazight was also mentioned by Youcef Aouchiche. He will say in this sense that the Amazigh language and culture consolidate national unity. “In this sense, we call on the public authorities to better equip Tamazight to ensure its development and flourishing,” he said. And while recalling the positions and the role of the FFS for a plural and economically and socially developed Algeria, the First Secretary of this party indicated that “those who claim that the FFS is no longer representative on the national scene are seriously mistaken “. “The FFS,” he maintained, “has always existed and will always exist.”

Regarding the presidential elections scheduled for September 7, Youcef Aouchiche, in a meeting, spoke of the position of his party which will be “motivated”. The decision to participate or not will be made on the 24th of this month by the party’s national council, ensuring that the FFS is working “to ensure that these presidential elections take place in good conditions”. Aouchiche said the party “aspires to take power,” adding that “this is the very essence of any political party.”
