Are the mobilized trained before being sent to the front: the commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine frankly answered.

He spoke about his training in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

In Ukraine, the mobilized undergo serious training before being sent to the front. Now the brigades are sending the best soldiers to train others.

This was stated in a comment to TSN war correspondent Yulia Kiriyenko by Volodymyr Sobipan, commander of the first airborne assault battalion of the 79th separate airborne assault Tavriya brigade.

“People who are not involved in the war are afraid of several things: that they will not be taught, that they will be thrown immediately into the infantry, and that they themselves have to make decisions in their position in the trench, because commanders are killing on them. These are Russian narratives that are disseminated on social networks, but some of our citizens pick it up. This is all untrue. I will use the example of our 199th training center. We are taught, I was there myself, classes are held, and tactics, and fire training, and engineering, and communication, so that the soldier understands, so that before the position he knows how to get in, how to move, how to get to the position, how to shoot correctly when he has to fight in a trench,” the soldier explained.

Volodymyr Sobipan noted that now the best soldiers are being sent to the mobilized so that they can teach them everything.

“And the basis of those instructors who are in the 199th training center – I will not say that it is 100 percent, but 50 percent – are our soldiers, sergeants who came from the troops, who were wounded. Who have experience of completely different types of combat, and they teach there. Plus, now training battalions have been created for mobilization, and we tried to send the best sergeants and officers from each brigade to train these personnel. So that they understand that mobilization is what we taught these people for ourselves. And every battalion commander, brigade commander, we understood this, talked to them, and sent some of the best there,” he explained.
