As part of the merciless fight against banditry and the crime organized in all its forms, the elements of the Cybercrime Brigade of the Sûreté of the Wilaya of Médéa, arrested a young active young woman on the social network “Tik Tok”, aged about twenty years, she is accused of having committed a public acting and having disseminated likely to disturb public order.
The case broke out after the accused’s video was broadcast during a live on Tik Tok. In this live, the young woman appears to make gestures considered obscene. The images quickly circulated on different platforms, triggering a wave of reactions, ranging from indignation to denunciation. Beyond this behavior deemed contrary to good mores, the investigators also criticize the questioning of having relayed deceptive content and false information through its accounts on social networks. These publications had a potential for nuisance on public tranquility and order. Faced with the rapid propagation of video, the cybercrime fighting brigade, under the Médéa judicial police, was seized from the file. In coordination with the competent prosecution, the investigators carried out technical analyzes to identify the author of the dissemination. Very quickly, the identity of the suspect was confirmed. The young woman, in her twenties, was arrested on August 25. During his arrest, his mobile phone, the main tool used for his online publications, was seized as a conviction. After several days of investigations and the completion of legal procedures, the accused was presented to the public prosecutor at the Médéa court on August 28. The latter, in view of the severity of the facts, decided to transmit the file to the competent judge in the context of the immediate appearance procedure. The instructor magistrate ordered his placement in pre -trial detention.
