According to the publication, the rockets penetrated Israeli and allied air defense systems on Tuesday evening, hitting or exploding near at least three military and intelligence facilities.

The Israeli Air Force base Nevatim in the south of the country was hit by 20 rockets. Three rockets hit the Tel Nof Air Force base near Tel Aviv. Two rocket strikes were registered near the headquarters of the Israeli intelligence service Mossad, located in Tel Aviv.

Experts consulted by The Washington Post conclude that Iran’s current strike on Israel was “more successful” than the one carried out in April.
