Boxing: Olympic champion Imane Khelif denies having hung up the gloves
Algerian boxer and Olympic champion Imane Khelif denied Wednesday August 21 the statements of her former manager who said in Nice morning that she put her career in parentheses. “I would like to tell public opinion that the information reporting on my boxing of boxing is false,” wrote the Olympic boxing champion on her Facebook page. She castigated her former manager, Nasser Yefsah, accusing her of “betraying (his) confidence and (her) country by her false and malicious statements”. “This person no longer represents me in any way,” she said. “I have never announced my boxing of boxing, I remain engaged in my sports career, I train regularly and I maintain my physical condition between Algeria and Qatar for the next meeting,” specifies Imane Khelif.
