#BREAKING | Binance Founder Changpeng Zhao Faces New Accusations in U.S. Court
Families of victims from the October 7, 2023, Hamas attack have filed a U.S. court complaint accusing Binance co-founder Changpeng Zhao (CZ) of facilitating millions in payments to the terrorist group, according to a Financial Times report.
The lawsuit alleges Binance knowingly enabled “substantial assistance” to Hamas and Hezbollah by concealing fund movements, even after the exchange’s $4.3 billion settlement in 2023 for anti-money laundering and sanctions violations. Zhao, recently pardoned by US President Trump for prior money laundering charges, faces claims of ongoing complicity.
