Brigadier General Vajihollah Moradi, a senior IRGC Quds Force commander and a “comrade” of Qassem Soleimani, has died of an unspecified “illness” in a hospital in northern Iran, according to Iranian state-run media.
He previously served as a deputy commander of Quds Force’s Imam Ali Special Units and was a key commander of the so-called “resistance front”.
