Awareness campaign to facilitate the payment of water bills

This campaign aims to bring Algerian water services closer to citizens and offer them simple ways to pay their bills.
The initiative comes on the instruction and under the supervision of the general director of Algerian Waters (ADE), in coordination with local units across the wilaya. In this context, a vast awareness campaign intended to facilitate the payment of water bills was launched yesterday. The kick-off was given by the director of the Mostaganem zone, accompanied by the director of studies and synthesis at the general management, assisted by their teams. Several managers took part in this operation: central executives of the zone, heads of cells and daïras, managers of distribution centers and commercial agencies, as well as representatives of the social partner, the participation commission and union coordination. ADE employees were also present in large numbers. The company notably highlights different payment options, ranging from commercial agency counters to electronic payment solutions. One of the essential points of this operation is also the idea of ​​a mobile sales agency, designed to reach remote areas and reduce user travel. At the end of the launch, the director of ADE and the director of commerce gave several instructions to ensure the success of this campaign. They insisted on the need to support citizens, simplify procedures and strengthen access to services, in order to allow subscribers to pay their bills and debts in the best conditions.
