I know that the public does not have automatically access to the pages of a press body, but I insist with the editorial team, because the interest of the subject requires everyone’s effort, from the fact that not one day goes, without the announcement of damage in human and material lives.
Indeed, traffic accidents, generate death, disability and injuries, in enormous numbers and without valid reasons, lives disappear and suffering arises, without choice of age and spare no conveyed or pedestrians.
It is from accidents that the families of the deceased will live the orphanage, among the wounded of the lucky ones heal, some suffer the persistent consequences for life and will experience the arduousness of the handicap and its deprivation. Also, these disasters return dear to the State (in human losses and in loads). Accidents are a phenomenon that no one is safe, deserves to be exposed clearly. It is certain that whatever the precautions, accidents will take place, so let’s do our best, if not delete them, at least, limit their number as much as possible.
This is what prompted me to participate in the question by this humble contribution. The situation persists and the losses in lives accumulate. What can I say when you read: a semi-trailer has entered a classroom, a driver-free bus descends a slope, telescoping, pile-up, motorcyclists playing uphill on the highway etc., which means that there are flaws, technical reasons, human behavior, uncrusted uncrust, a legal vacuum, all, accompanied by the lever and laissez-fro and laissez-fr. All these actors have a share of responsibility in the subject situation of the subject, I do not accuse anyone, I try to understand, knowing that:
1- Man is defined as the most evolved human being of living beings, endowed with a power allowing him to weigh the pros and cons and differentiate good from evil. Has it been taken care of, properly, by the family first and by the School then? Has it been prepared to live with others and in good relationship? Do you not think that current behavior is the result of their family and school learning? Has the administration supervised this youth? Has it been instilled in civic, scientific, vocational education? Has he deeply instilled in his role and his responsibilities, the place he will occupy in society? In other words, the majority among us have become aggregate experts in nervousness, behavioral unruly, lack of respect, delinquency of all kinds.
