The Spanish Minister for Foreign Affairs, José Manuel Albares, presented his condolences this Thursday, August 21, to the Algerian authorities and people as well as to the families of the victims, following the tragic bus accident that occurred last Friday in Oued El Harrach who killed 18 and 9 injured.
“Spain learned with deep sadness the new tragic bus accident that occurred this Friday (August 15) in the El Harrach district of Algiers and which caused many victims and wounded,” wrote the head of Spanish diplomacy in a message transmitted to his Algerian counterpart Ahmed Attaf.
“In these moments of dismay, I wish to transmit our sincere and deep condolences to the families of the victims, the Algerian people and the Algerian authorities, as we wish a speedy recovery to the wounded,” said Albalas.
“I take this opportunity to reiterate the testimony of my highest consideration,” he said.
