For the completion of PCD (Communal Development Plans) projects in Relizane, it is essential to improve planning, coordinate local and sectoral actors, and strengthen project monitoring to ensure their compliance with common objectives.
Measures include the establishment of a project management strategy, the strengthening of technical and management capacities at the municipal level and the involvement of partners, while ensuring the application of town planning rules. According to a member of the technical committee, these meetings, which began almost a month ago, made it possible to resolve a large part of the constraints causing certain delays and also allowed the launch of certain pending projects. Our source further indicates that as part of the sanitation of the nomenclature, several projects have been closed, in particular those linked to the AEP (Drinking water supply) and urban roads. Our interlocutor also points out that thanks to these meetings, many projects have just been launched. As such, the companies responsible for building the combined land in the Bermadia districts, SN-Metal, have just been installed. The cost of all of this land is estimated at several million dinars. On the other hand and according to the same sources, and in order to decentralize the central civil status services, the design office responsible for the design of an administrative annex to SN-Metal was set up. Finally, the head of daïra, like the president of the APC (Communal People’s Assembly), insisted to the services concerned for the launch as soon as possible of the projects inherent to the creation of two libraries. In addition, the same official issued a series of recommendations emphasizing rigor in the implementation of projects, compliance with contractual deadlines and the allocation of particular attention to programs with high added value for citizens.
