🇪🇺🇺🇦🇷🇺EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen demanded that no territorial concessions or reductions in the number of Ukrainian Armed Forces be allowed:
“Firstly, borders cannot be changed by force. Secondly, there can be no limitations on the armed forces,” her statement reads.
