The second edition of the Credit, Leasing and Investment Fair “Tasshiil 2025”, whose activities began this Sunday at the Palais des Expositions (Pins Maritimes-Algiers), was an opportunity to present several innovations in the financial field. This show, which is in its second edition, is organized until November 25 with the participation of 70 exhibitors representing the different branches of the financial sector.
This edition saw the participation of organizations and start-ups who presented new solutions aimed at improving banking performance and strengthening the relationship with the customer through the simplification of procedures and better access to information.
In this context, the company specializing in Fintech, FinOutSource, highlighted its new innovation, namely an automated chat program “Chatbot” which makes it possible to provide bank customers with the necessary information, including that relating to credits, using artificial intelligence. This new application, installed on the bank’s website, acts as a “virtual employee” who responds to customer inquiries within a very short time, without the need to travel to the branch. For his part, the auditor, Salim Azouz, owner of an accounting audit firm, presented his digital platform “Tax Online”, which makes it easier for its users to search for legal texts, particularly in the tax field.
The CNEP-Bank presents its various products including “Pro Invest”, a savings plan of 10,000 DA per month, allowing its subscriber to obtain a loan to finance their project within 60 months, accompanied by preferential advantages, according to the explanations provided to the Press Service Agency by a bank official. Regarding e-payment, the manager mentioned the mobile payment service “MobiPay” via the QR code, which since its launch last March has attracted nearly 10,000 subscribers and 700 merchants.
