JUST IN: Israeli Border Police arrested a 29-year-old man from A-Ram after he was filmed lifting a small child over Jerusalem’s security barrier—tying her with a rope and lowering her down, putting her life in immediate danger.

Israel Border Police fighters from the Jerusalem Envelope unit tracked down the suspect with aerial support from the Rakia drone unit and arrested him outside a local business.

He is suspected of human smuggling and abuse of a minor. Police warn that attempts to cross the barrier are extremely dangerous and can be fatal.
