National examination session scheduled for October

In continuation of its mission, the University also confirmed the organization of a national session of professional exams and competitions on October 24. The purpose of this initiative is to offer civil servants and public establishments the opportunity to evolve towards higher grades or to integrate new functions. It also meets a double objective, on the one hand, improve administrative performance and on the other hand consolidate the culture of merit and competence in the public service.

The importance of this session lies in its national and transversal dimension. It will cover a wide range of administrative bodies, divided into six major sectors. Thus, fourteen grades are open in the common bodies, twelve in territorial administration, three in the management of the treasury, accounting and insurance, three in budgetary management, two in land conservation and the cadastre, and four in the tax administration.

In addition, there are two specific grades to the General Directorate of the Public Service, as well as six others in the repression of fraud and as much in competition and economic surveys under the trade sector. This broad spectrum illustrates the will of the public authorities to strengthen specialization and more professionalize administrative careers.

By the organization of this session, the UFC demonstrates that it is not limited to providing conventional courses, but that it actively contributes to the overhaul of the administrative system. Through this system, it is a question of adapting human skills to the requirements of modern management, marked by digitization, transparency and performance.

The UFC thus plays a decisive role in supporting the reforms initiated by the State. Its mission goes beyond the academic framework to become a strategic link in modernization of public administration. By implementing suitable training and targeted competitions, the university participates in the emergence of a more effective public service, better prepared for contemporary challenges and turned towards the service of the citizen.
