Particular interest is granted to the supply of the market to school supplies and at prices studied, in anticipation of the next school year. Economic operators activating in the sector are called upon to play an essential role by contributing to specialized fairs which will be organized for this purpose.

The preparations for the next school year were at the center of a coordination meeting chaired by the Secretary General of the Ministry of Internal Trade and Market Regulation, El Hadi Bakir, in the presence of central executives, devoted to the examination of means to strengthen the supply of the market and regulate the prices of basic products in order to ensure their stability and availability, in accordance with the instructions of the Minister of the sector, Tayeb Zitouni.

The Ministry of Interior Trade has thus called economic operators in the school supplies to actively contribute to the specialized fairs which will be organized in anticipation of the next school year, said a statement from the ministry.

The SG of the Ministry of the Ministry of the Ministry has thus highlighted the importance of “strengthening partnership and close coordination with the various economic players in order to actively contribute to the organization of specialized fairs dedicated to school supplies, offering high quality products at studied prices and accessible to the citizen,” it was underlined.

Regarding the supply of the market and the regulation of basic products prices, the manager noted “the strategic priority to ensure the fluidity of the supply of large consumption products throughout the national territory, on the basis of the reference prices adopted by the Ministry, while strengthening the mechanisms of control in the field, in particular night control of commercial activities having a direct impact on the health of the consumer”.

He also underlined the need to “work with responsibility and discipline, in order to reflect the commitment of the sector to accomplish its sovereign missions in terms of consumer protection and maintain market balance”.
