Reintegration of students, contract teachers and 2026 projects

The Minister of National Education, Mohamed Seghir Saâdaoui chaired, the day before yesterday Tuesday in Algiers, a national seminar by videoconference, in the presence of officials of the central administration, directors of education and delegated directors of the ministerial department, relating to the analysis and monitoring of various operational files and administrative decisions which have a direct influence on the progress of educational establishments The process of recruiting teachers contractual, the supervision of students, the management of services at the level of education directorates, the protection of schoolchildren from school dropouts and the strengthening of the quality of educational services, this was announced yesterday Wednesday in a press release from the supervisory authority. During his speech, the Minister of National Education declared that all decisions and measures taken in the sector must be executed according to the organic framework, while indicating that the stability of educational establishments can only exist through the presence of total transparency and through regular monitoring on the ground of all services and officials, we read in the same press release.
The Minister of National Education, Mohamed Seghir Saâdaoui, stressed yesterday Wednesday that the reintegration of students who have still not returned to their schools is a strategic approach which offers them an additional opportunity to continue their education within educational establishments. During a national seminar organized by videoconferencing, in which central administration officials, education directors and deputy directors of the ministerial department of National Education participated, Minister Mohamed Seghir-Saâdaoui underlined, yesterday Wednesday in Algiers, that the reintegration of students strengthens their protection against any external influence likely to impact their academic success and their social behavior, while granting a absolute priority to their well-being.
At the end of the seminar, the Minister of National Education emphasized the importance of effective management of education directorate services. Mohamed Seghir Saâdaoui insisted on the fact that the strengthening of these services with competent human resources constitutes an essential pillar to guarantee a regular and efficient workflow and allow management to precisely monitor their work and their reports, thus contributing to the stability and reliability of the sector, the educational system and the achievement of its objectives. Regarding the process of recruiting contract teachers to their new positions, here Minister Saâdaoui heard the report on the situation presented to him by the education directorates, while insisting on the need to take all practical measures to avoid any lack of human resources in schools.
Concerning the social partners and the right of unions to carry out their work, on this level the Minister of National Education instructed on the need to create guarantees and a conducive climate following organic law 02-23, while urging all executives and supervisory officials to follow the dialogue with the social partners to quickly find solutions to local problems, indicated yesterday, the press release from the Ministry of National Education. Furthermore, and regarding the creation of new educational structures as part of the program for the year 2025, here Mohamed Seghir Saâdaoui called on all staff representing the ministry to intensify efforts, to mobilize specifications and to quickly launch projects for the construction of new educational establishments which will be registered for the 2026 school year. “Our next meeting will be devoted to and focused on the state of the progress of the projects registered for the year 2026″, observed the Minister of National Education in front of the managers, executives and supervisory directors, concluded the press release from the Ministry of National Education.
