The Prime Minister supervises operations to extinguish forest fires declared in the wilaya

The Prime Minister, Mr. Sifi Ghrieb, visited the wilaya of Tipaza during the night of Thursday to Friday to follow the operations to extinguish the fires declared in several forests in the communes in the western part of the wilaya and to inquire about the support of families in the affected areas.
The Prime Minister’s first stop was the commune of Hadjret Ennous, west of Tipaza, where he received detailed explanations on the efforts to extinguish the fires, presented by the Director General of Civil Protection, Colonel Boualem Bourelaf, before heading towards the commune of Messelmoun.
From the Abidate Brothers district, in the heights of the commune of Messelmoun, the Prime Minister visited the sites and areas affected by the fires which broke out in the mountains and forests of the commune and neighboring areas, where he received detailed explanations on the progress of the extinguishing operations and fire-fighting efforts on the ground.
The Prime Minister also went to the school of shahid Mohamed Bou Abdallah in Messelmoun, which has been converted into a temporary accommodation center for families evacuated as a precaution from their homes, to inquire about the conditions of care, in particular the medical and psychological assistance provided to children by specialized medical teams.
In this context, the Prime Minister assured families that in accordance with the instructions of the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, the State pays great attention to ensuring the best possible care for families, supporting them to overcome this difficult situation caused by the fires. As such, he gave instructions to local authorities to guarantee all the conditions necessary for their well-being.
