“The President of the Republic has a “formidable vision” for the future of Algeria”

The President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, is a man who “carries a formidable vision for the future of his country,” declared the mayor of Marseille, Benoit Payan, the day before yesterday in Algiers.
In a statement to the press after the audience granted to him by the President of the Republic at the headquarters of the Presidency of the Republic,
Mr. Payan indicated that the meeting was “friendly”, describing the President of the Republic as “a proud man, a fine connoisseur of history in its smallest details and who has a formidable vision for the future of his country”.
The meeting made it possible to address “the latest developments underway in the world”, as well as his visit to Algeria which is “very important”, he underlined, affirming to have chosen Algeria as “first destination” of his mandate, where he met young Algerians whom he described as “talented and creative young people, capable of taking up the challenge” and “remarkable people who love their country and believe in the economic development of Algeria.”
He explained, in this regard, that his visit to Algeria was “an opportunity to encourage business leaders from the two countries to get closer together.”
