In addition to the educational training notedly noted as an imperative necessity, it turns out that the practical challenge inherent in the strengthening of the capacities of supervision and animation of volunteer activities by the mobility of youth is taken care of with aggregation due to the conquest of the helpful qualities in terms of the good management of groups and the expected success of the projects implemented. The main question that arises with clairvoyance: what is the adequacy between youth mobility and strengthening the capacities of supervision and animation of volunteer activities? Can we note an inventory? Is a testimony an evaluation parameter?
Considering the importance of the consistency of the project in question, the mobilization of youth, not only spare society of harmful phenomena but channels this energy in a framework of charity and promoting citizen values.
The choice of volunteer area is not trivial. No spontaneity is admitted.
