The emphasis, in this contribution will be put, with an innovative approach, on the importance of the mobility of youth and its profits as a bonus the acquisition of skills and capacities for supervision and animation of activities. For this, the educational spaces, of course, are available and deemed beneficial, but the professional sphere remains a path inaccessible to large categories. In practice, the volunteer component presents itself as a distinctive environment where individual potential are seen.
The main question that arises with clairvoyance: what is the adequacy between youth mobility and strengthening the capacities of supervision and animation of volunteer activities? Can we note an inventory? Is a testimony an evaluation parameter?
Considering the importance of the consistency of the project in question, the mobilization of youth, not only spare society of harmful phenomena but channels this energy in a framework of charity and promoting citizen values.
The choice of volunteer area is not trivial. No spontaneity is admitted. The choice is made from the resilience of actors and accessibility to activity without regulatory or financial or instructive constraints. Accessibility is free and benevolent. The actors, are certainly, of multiple age groups but mostly the young people who venture to find spaces of expression of their own will and in search of unlimited experiences, without however forgetting their concern for being constantly in communion, inter-exchanges, learning and discovery of professional geo horizons. By biological instinct and sociological curiosity, this fringe admits not only adventures, but also is constantly training if a supervision presents itself in advantages. This mobility is made of concrete acts illustrated by inters-exchanges between management structures by the mobilization of structured or determined youth. As conditions, it is desirable that an associative animation practice in a volunteer project is displayed whose participation of the female gender is an integral part as a component strongly encouraged in response to the terms of equality and democratic exercise.
Objectives and efficiency of activities: The main objective of the project is to bring young people from different geographic horizons from the North such as those in the South or East like those in the West to familiarize themselves with an environment of voluntary work sites by instilling them the methods and techniques of animation of groups by arousing reflection around the organization and management of the project cycle. Also, other secondary objectives are in short as follows: contributing to the development of young people and their commitment to civil society around the themes of citizen values, solidarity, fraternity, environmental protection, preservation of cultural and immaterial heritage and in addition, acquire the sense of responsibility and that of decision -making. Promote their participation in the design, realization and monitoring of associative projects for local development and promote the emergence of individual and collective potential.

As for the main recommended activities, they summarize in the participation of a large number of volunteers in the sites, from various geographic regions of our vast country, organize open doors followed by conferences addressing themes related to environmental issues, those relating to the dynamics of groups, psychosociology, communication techniques, mediation, and conciliation, citizen education, Those aroused the enthusiasm of youth; Distributed through large urban centers and centered the awareness and popularization movement or a strong adhesion of volunteers, especially in the South. Without forgetting the programming of training courses in the same forms.
This internship focused on several short -term sessions provided for the length of year, consists of the training of site prospectors, supervisors and animators of voluntary work sites whose trainers must have the quality of being already in the associative environment with a grain of salt to participate in voluntary work sites. Future prospectors, supervisors and animators were once identified during the sites previously held on the proposal of their animators. The required qualities, in addition to mastering the management of the site and the dynamics of the group, accommodated to an educational program, corded with its partners, peacefully manage disputes and its determination to serve the community are all required characters from the trainee. These factors will respond in correlation to the situation and socio-economic reality in general and to the controversies of the question of underdevelopment.
