The Senegalese selection of football A ‘, made up of local players, took third place in the African Nations Championship Chan-2024 (shifted to 2025), by beating Sudan (1-1, at TAB: 4-2), in the ranking match disputed on Friday at Mandela National Stadium in Kampala.
The Sudanese opened the scoring in the 6th minute of play thanks to Tia Asad, before the Senegalese, title holders, equalized in the second period, through Seyni Mbaye Ndiaye (58th).
