LEBANON: The IDF says it conducted an airstrike this evening inside the Ain al-Hilweh Palestinian refugee camp outside Sidon, hitting what it described as a Hamas training site.

According to the IDF, the targeted compound served as a Hamas facility where operatives trained and prepared attacks “against IDF forces and the State of Israel.” The army says it employed precision munitions, live aerial surveillance, and other intelligence measures to limit civilian casualties.

The military says Hamas has expanded its infrastructure in Lebanon and vows to keep striking the group’s operatives “wherever they are active.”
