Reinforcement of educational supervision.
Faced with the deficit of teachers with the start of the start of the school year, the Ministry of National Education launched this Monday a campaign to recruit contract workers, open until August 31 at midnight. Intended for university graduates, this operation aims to strengthen educational supervision in the three school cycles. This was indicated by a statement from the ministry.
Registration for the 2025/2026 school year are exclusively online via the dedicated platform: [tawdif.education.dz](http://tawdif.education.dz). This operation concerns all three cycles, primary, medium and secondary.
According to the ministry, this measure aims to meet urgent needs in educational supervision, and this as the start of the school year approaches. To be eligible, candidates must be holders of recognized diplomas, appearing in the official list published on the website of the ministry. These diplomas must strictly correspond to the grades of recruitment in national education.
Registration is done exclusively online. No physical file will be accepted, insisted the supervision. Applicants must provide a copy of the diploma required in the requested specialty, a copy of the residence card, as well as an updated proof of the national service. The ministry recalls that any incomplete file or not respecting the conditions will be automatically rejected by the system.
The treatment of applications will be automated. The results will be communicated to the applicants via their personal accounts on the platform, from September 4, 2025. The candidates selected, classified according to the number of available budgetary positions, must then choose the desired establishments for their assignment between September 4 and 6.
Definitive assignments will be published on September 9. The teachers selected will have to present themselves from September 14 in schools to withdraw their appointment orders and sign the installation minutes. Any accepted candidate who will not arise before September 16, 2025 will be considered to have given up his request, and his position will be allocated to the next candidate on the classification list.
Regarding the distribution of matters, the ministry said that the specialty principle will be applied strictly: only a person holding the diploma corresponding to a given material can teach it. However, a certain flexibility is allowed, exceptionally, in the event of a shortage of specific profiles, it will then be possible to accept a diploma close to the required specialty.
Regarding the teaching of Islamic education in the average cycle, the ministry indicated that organizational procedures are still being finalized. As a result, holders of a diploma in Islamic sciences (license or master) cannot participate in this temporary recruitment. They will have to wait for the national competition scheduled for December 2025, at that time, they will be able to fully apply.
It should be noted that the conditions of access vary according to the cycles. Regarding primary and the means, candidates must hold at least one license or a recognized equivalent diploma; For secondary school, a master’s degree, an engineering diploma or any equivalent diploma in the specialty is required.
The ministry underlined that this operation is part of a global approach, including the verification of the real needs of establishments, the finalization of the transfer movement, as well as the integration of the winners of professional exams and graduates of the higher normal schools.
Applications will be classified in order of merit, on the basis of several criteria: seniority of the diploma, teaching experience, geographic proximity, compliance of qualifications and diploma level. The wilayas education directions were responsible for verifying the authenticity of the documents provided by the applicants.
Finally, the spectrum of the lack of teachers always hangs over this school year. To cope with it, the ministry opened the door to contract workers in order to guarantee the supervision of the three cycles. All holders of university degrees, remember, whatever their specialty, are concerned.
