The new conditions and terms for acquiring public housing built under the lease-purchase formula were set by an executive decree published in the Official Journal No. 43. This is Executive Decree No. 24-203 amending and supplementing Executive Decree No. 01-105 of April 23, 2001, signed by the Prime Minister, Mr. Nadir Larbaoui, on June 25, which sets “the conditions and terms for acquiring, under the lease-purchase formula, housing built using public funds or bank resources or any other financing.”
