Les performances financières de Moustachir – Le Jeune Indépendant

The first Algerian start-up introduced on the stock market, Moustachir, announced an exceptional financial and operational performance. It reported on the increase in its capital to 25 million dinars.

The start-up has, in fact, explained the key financial indicators of the first half of 2025. “Moustachir, a company listed on the Algiers Stock Exchange, announces to its shareholders and to all of its partners its financial results for the first semester for the 2025 financial year, which reflect an exceptional financial and operational performance,” Moustachir in a statement released on Saturday.

The start-up has also said that “this performance strengthens investors’ confidence and confirms the solidity of the company’s economic model”. It thus expressed the increase in the capital of the company to 25 million Algerian dinars, specifying that during the first half of the year, the active/passive is estimated at 208,318,960 DA. The turnover is estimated at 70,954,037 DA, while net profit is estimated at 8,499,735 DA.

According to Moustachir, the objective was reached 128% compared to the turnover announced in the information note, estimated at 55,600,000 DA, approved by the board of directors at its meeting of August 12, 2025 at the headquarters of the Moustashir Foundation.

The start-up above all underlined the importance of these performances carried out. “These results of the first semester bear witness to the solid performance of the start-up Moustashir and its ability to grow and obtain tangible results,” it said, saying that “confirms the judicious choice of shareholders who trusted us and invested in the actions of the company”.

Recall that on January 14, 2025 marks the official introduction of sharing actions to Moustachir on the Algiers Stock Exchange, thus becoming the first start-up to go on the stock market, after the success of the subscription operation where demand exceeded the supply of almost 120%.

Moustachir, which holds a “start-up label” issued in 2022, is a service company specializing in consulting, having an online advice platform that connects consultants and experts in various fields with companies and individuals seeking tailor-made advice and solutions.
