The Minister of Justice, Keeper of the Seals, Mr. Lotfi Boudjemaâ, is taking part, on November 23 and 24, in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia), in the work of the 2nd International Conference on Justice, at the invitation of his Saudi counterpart,
Mr. Walid Ben Mohammed al-Samaani, said a press release from the ministry the day before yesterday Saturday.
“An elite of experts, specialists and researchers in the judicial field, coming from different countries of the world, will take part in the work of this conference”, with a view to “examining the development of legislative systems and their role in strengthening the quality of justice, the evolution of judicial procedures and its impact on improving the quality of justice, the study of the criteria of the quality of justice and the indicators of its measurement, as well as the guarantee of the quality of alternative methods of dispute resolution”, specifies the same source.
It will also discuss “the role of the bar in guaranteeing judicial quality”, “digital transformation to raise the level of quality of justice”, as well as “modern mechanisms of judicial cooperation in civil and commercial cases”, adds the same source.
This meeting aims to “exchange expertise in the quality of justice, through the establishment of partnerships, the improvement of the performance of human managers in terms of the quality of justice, capacity building, and the examination of the challenges facing the justice sector in the area of ​​judicial quality and the means to address them,” we read in the press release.
