Merad moved to Biskra, Ouled Djellal, Barika and Khenchela, where he presented the condolences of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, to the relatives of the victims expressing his deep affliction and his sympathy in this painful ordeal, according to the same source.
