As part of the fight against forest fires, the commune of Draâ Ben Khedda, in the wilaya of Tizi Ouzou, has already set up its ORSEC plan which was triggered during the day of Thursday May 23, 2024.
To verify its effectiveness, two fires were deliberately started in two different places in the woods of the place called Aïn Fassi, in the municipality concerned.
The fires were quickly brought under control by Civil Protection elements. Note that all parties concerned by this ORSEC plan, namely the executives of the APC of Draâ Ben Khedda, the elements of the National Gendarmerie and the Police, the executives of forest conservation of Tizi Ouzou, the executives of the forestry sector health, the elements of the public works department and many others of the services concerned as well as of course the elements of civil protection which are the main pillars of the ORSEC plan.
