After three months of fire fighting
The 20,000 soldiers in civil protection fire accomplished a large mission during the 2025 summer season, overcoming more than 2,000 forest fires during the same period. While in Europe, the countries of the Old Continent have proven a lot of difficulties in dealing with forest fires, especially in Greece, Spain, France, Portugal and Italy, in Algeria, the men of civil protection brilliantly took up the great fire challenge by overcoming, every day, of 25 fires on average. They left no chance of the spread of forest fires, and mastered all the fires, including the most dangerous and serious like those experienced in the wilaya of Béjaïa and Chréa under the wilaya of Blida.

Certainly, they suffered too much during this long period of fire fighting, they faced a hot heat period in an increasingly devastating climate change, they were, sometimes even, reached by the flames due to the winds which were blowing strong and in all directions, but their solid courage and their ardent audacity won by coming up more than 2,000 forest fires in three months.
